Sunday
19th September 2010 – 'Metamorphic Technique' with Kate Schott from
Darlington www.enlightened living.co.uk/meetkate
– the only qualified practitioner in our area. The Metamorphic Technique – basis for metamorphosis
i.e., a seed falls to the ground and the earth and elements
simply loosen its physical structure – within the seed there is a
power which releases its potential for growth. The practitioner is like
the earth - a catalyst for
the person to reclaim energy and good health. This is an opportunity to enjoy finding out how effective and
gentle the technique is. Clothes
stay on! Bring a hand
towel. Sunday 17th October 2010 -
'Peak Performance' with Stuart Pearson from Harrogate www.peakperformancepractitioner.com/TheBook.html The day will be based on his recently published book – COURAGE OR FEAR
– CHOOSE ONE ! www.peakperformancepractitioner.com Stuart will challenge with a sense of humour – there is no doubt the day
will be of enormous benefit to most of us.
We welcome Stuart back after a gap of a couple of years. Sunday 21st
November 2010 - (by popular
request) a special 'Emotional Freedom Technique day' with Heather Carter
from Darlington (Heather is a practising
therapist – see – www.heather-carter.com)
Heather will no doubt tell us how EFT changed many aspects of her
life in the positive. November can be a rather cold, dull, shivery, low energy
month – so this day is based
on lifting low spirits at any time.
The days title “Laughter and energy liberation”
interactive and fun.
Fun can be a bit thin on the ground during all kinds of
happenings – so todays EFT is a practice for all of those times. Sunday 19th
December 2010 - 'CHRISTMAS CHARITY AFTERNOON' 1.30.pm. – 5.pm.
2.p.m start –4.p.m finish The time each side of those hours is for raffle – catching up with news from friends not seen for awhile. £5. All proceeds to Teesside Hospice bereavement centre for children * forget me not* All counsellors are fully trained in helping children at a time of loss – and give their gentle service free.
