When we learn more about Yoga we discover tools which can enhance every aspect of our lives. We build up a ‘tool box’ full of beautiful practices and ideas which enable us to live healthier and happier lives, to find fulfilment and peace of mind, to be a positive influence on those around us and to evolve towards the perfect beings that we are. Swami Pragyamurti has been developing this theme over time, focussing on the true meaning of inner strength and power (manipoora chakra), love (anahata) and communication (vishuddhi).

Swami Pragyamurti has been teaching Yoga for over 30 years under the guidance and inspiration of her guru Swami Satyananda Saraswati. Her warmth and wisdom demonstrate how the Indian tradition of Sannyasa can be integrated successfully with life in a busy Western city.

This is an opportunity to work closely and intensively with an internationally respected and much loved Yoga teacher.

The programme will include Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Please bring along all of your usual yoga equipment, neti pot, tongue scrapper and everything you will need to sit comfortably.

Arrive after 4pm Friday 6th and depart shortly after lunch on Sunday 8,th probably around 3pm.
